Steelwrist launch LockSense safety technology and expand attachment range

In this interview Peter Haddock caught up with Christian Yanes to find out more about its new 'connected' LockSense safety system and attachments, including second generation HCX compactors, MGX multi grapples and SGX sorting grapples.

Key features of the new products include:

- LockSense - a wireless battery powered state-of-the-art sensor system for secure work tool locking with a five year battery life.

- Operators using LockSense receive both visual and auditory confirmations, ensuring that every work tool change is secure and reliable.

- Six new HCX compactors for excavators from 2 to 26 tonnes - optimised to work on tiltrotators with a special sloped design.

- MGX multi grapples and SGX sorting grapples are lighter in weight yet stronger in design, and the overall height has been reduced.

- MGX multi grapples - five new models available from MGX2 for the smallest compact excavators to MGX26 for excavators up to 26 tonnes.

- SGX sorting grapples - four new models, from SGX8 for 5 to 8 tonne excavators to the SGX26.

You will also be able to see the new products on the Steelwrist stand EXT6 A091 at Intermat Paris from the 24th to the 27th of April 2024.
